ANTIOXIDANT ROLE OF ASCORBIC ACID IN OXIDATIVE STRESS INDUCED BY STERENOUS EXERCISE
Strenuous exercises greatly increase oxygen consumption in the whole body, especially in skeletal muscles. Large part of oxygen consumption is reduced to H2O and ATP, but smaller part (2-5%) results in an increased leakage of electrons from the mitochondrial respiratory chain, forming various reactive oxygen species-ROS (02, H2O,iOH). These free ra- dicals are capable of triggering a chain of damaging biochemical and physiological reactions (oxidative stress, lipid peroxi- dation), as a base for skeletal muscles damage after exercise. MDA (malondialdehyde) is a marker of exercise induced lipid peroxidation process. L-ascorbic acid is a major aqueous-phase antioxidant. To estimate antioxidant role of ascorbic acid we use rate between dehydroascorbate and ascorbate. In this paper those markers of lipid peroxidation (MDA, MDA ind, % ind MDA), and ascorbic acid status (ascorbic acid Asc, ascorbat A, dehidroascorbat DHA, DHA/A) were determinated in 30 stu- dents, in rest and after treadmill running protocol (Bruce Treadmill Protocol). It was found that after the treadmill test, plas- ma MDA level had increased from 3,04 to 4,39 M/L (p<0,0001) and % ind MDA decreased significantly from 35% to 24,7% (p=0,0003). Plasma ascorbic acid was also found to be higher after the treadmill test comparing to rest level (from 55,4 to 67,6 μM/L). DHA/A level in rest was 1,62 and after treadmill test it increased to 2,05 (p=0,0014). These results suggests that strenuous exercise increased process of lipid peroxidation (MDA †, % ind MDA), but in the same time incre- ased ascorbic acid level in plasma and DHA/A rate indicates stronger activation of nonenzymatic antioxidant defense system.

THE INTERACTIONS OF BIOELEMENTS WITH INCREASED INTAKE OF COPPER
Copper is an essential element, a constituent of all living cells and an integral component of many enzymes. The increase in pollution of the environment, and various metabolic diseases, imbalances biological processes and homeostatic regulated content of bioelements in the body. For the purpose of determining changes in the contents of bioelements with increased intake of copper, the paper followed by interaction before and after ingestion of copper. The results showed that copper in excess causes disruption of physiological interactions of bioelements in tissues and significantly increases the content of iron and magnesium. The nature and relationships of these interactions are important, because in terms of exposure to metals, there are changes in their mutual relations, with some of these antagonistic relationships may be utilized for further study in order to protect them from toxicity.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MEASUREMENT OF MYELOPEROXIDASE ACTIVITY IN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME
In the last ten years significant progress has been made in understanding of role of neutrophil granulocytes and their enzyme myeloperoxidase in the evolution and complications of atherosclerosis. Myeloperoxidase plays the role in the development of vulnerable plaque associated with the development of acute coronary syndrome. There is much evidence that suggests the role of myeloperoxidase in the development of vulnerable plaque. We investigate the value of myeloperoxidase as marker of the presence of vulnerable plaques in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Myeloperoxidase activity was significantly high in serum of the patients with the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome as reflection of the presence of vulnerable plaques. Increase in myeloperoxidase activity in serum of patients with the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome precedes to myocardial damage.

EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT DOSES OF ZINC PREPARATION ON GLYCEMIA AND ANTIOXIDANT PARAMETERS IN EXPERIMENTALLY INDUCED DIABETIC RABBITS
Researches with micronutrients are getting more and more important in science and also in practice. In this view zinc, chromium, copper and selenium are having a special role in preventing micro- and macrovascular diabetic complications, as integral components of antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase) and also as cofactor of enzymes and hormones involved in the metabolism of glucose and lipid. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects different doses of zinc on glycemia and parameters of antioxidative defense: superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant status (TAS), and correlation glycoregulation with antioxidant system of the alloxan-induced diabetic rabbits. The study was conducted on fourteen New Zealand rabbits of both sexes, weighing 2 to 3.5 kg. Experimental diabetes was induced in rabbits by intravenous injection of alloxan (80 mg /kg BW). Three weeks after induced experimental diabetes, rabbits were treated orally appropriate doses of chelated zinc: I dose - 15 mg, after a washout period (10 t ), II dose - 25 mg, af- 1/2 ter a washout period, III dose - 50 mg. Blood samples were taken at specific time intervals: before alloxan induced diabetes, after alloxan induced diabetes, after application the first dose of 15 mg of zinc, after application of a second dose of 25 mg of zinc, after application of third dose of 50 mg of zinc. The zinc preparation did not cause a statistically significant reduction in serum glucose level when administered in single doses 15, 25 and 50 mg in experimentally induced diabetic rabbits. However, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was significantly increased after single dose preparations of zinc at a dose 15 mg (p<0,05), 25 mg (p<0,001) and 50 mg (p<0,001) in relation to the activity recorded before the application of zinc. Also, after the application first, second, and than third dose of zinc in diabetic rabbits was recorded statistically significant increase of TAS in relation to the value recorded before the application of zinc (p<0,001). Glucose concentrations negatively correlated with superoxide dismutase activity. This indicates that oral application of zinc preparation can reduce the harmful effects of oxidative stress in diabetes.

DOES DOXORUBICIN CONTAINING CHEMOTHERAPY CHANGE METABOLIC LIVER FUNCTION DURING TREATMENT OF CHILDHOOD ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA?
Doxorubicin is antitumor antibiotic extensively metabolized in the liver, and liver antioxidant capacity, including that provided by glutathione production. The aim of this study was to investigate whether doxorubicin containing chemotherapy changes metabolic liver function during treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Total protein concentration in serum, concentration of total, conjugated and non conjugated bilirubin, activity of aspartat aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma glutamyl transferase (ãGT), lactate dehydrogenase and creatin kinase activity were measured before and after treatment with doxorubicin containing chemotherapy and in the control group. Caffeine was applied as metabolic marker via controlled consummation of Coca-Cola and 8-hour urine was collected immediately afterwards. In the collected samples, urinary thioethers and caffeine metabolites concentrations were measured. Chemotherapeutic regiment established for initial treatment of childhood ALL containing prednisone, vincristine, doxorubicin and L-asparaginase did not alter metabolic liver function. This regiment did not change liver enzyme activity. Applied chemotherapy also did not alter caffeine biotransformation, but it did increase urinary thioethers excretion.

EFFECT OF ACUTE POISONING WITH ORGANOPHOSPHATE COMPOUNDS ON HYDROELECTROLITIC AND ACIDE-BASE STATUS OF CHILDREN'S
Acute organophosphate (ÎÐ) poisoning is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in children especially in the developing countries. Published studies work have been reported on acute childhood poisoning has focused mainly on the epidemiological trends, with little information about alteration in electrolitic and acid-base equilibrium and other disturbance and on the management of the poisoned children. Hypovolaemia, electrolyte derangements and acidosis are major predisposing factors for development of complications. Metabolic acidosis is one of the major causes of death in patients poisoned with OPC acutely. We suggest that children's with acute OPC poisoning should be screened for electrolyte and metabolic acidosis with blood gas analysis.

CEPHALOSPORINS AND NEPHROTOXICITY
Cephalosporins are bactericidal antibiotics that are active against a wide variety of Gram(+) and Gram(-) aerobic bacteria, along with a few anaerobic species. Adverse effects of cephalosporins are uncommon and reversible. Cefalotin and cefaloridine exhibit a nephrotoxic effect and might cause renal tubule necrosis. No data about the nephrotoxicity of cefotaxime and ceftriaxone has been presented in literature so far. When cephalosporins are applied via intramuscular injection a local reaction is possible, whereas with IV administration thrombophlebitis develops in about 5% of all cases. Hypersensitivity reactions, as well as some hematological disorders (thrombocytosis, leukopenia, neutropenia) might also occur. Cephalosporins were found to sometimes cause an augmentation of transaminase (AST, ALT), alkaline phosphatase, and, less frequently, bilirubin levels, too. The goal of this study was to evaluate the creatinine values in the serum of patients hospitalised in Kosovska Mitrovica Health Centre. The values were determined before, within and after 7 days of cephalosporin administration (cefotaxime 2x1000mg IM; ceftriaxone 2x1000mg IV). Data concerning certain hematological and biochemical variables will be presented as well. Creatinine levels were measured by the Jaffe reaction method. Both cefotaxime and ceftriaxone yielded a statistically significant increase of the serum creatinine values. As these cephalosporins do not show a nephrotoxic effect, the increase can be explained by the interference of sodium picramate, a byproduct of the Jaffe reaction which is produced regardless of whether the process is manual or automated.

THE IDENTIFICATION OF MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS RELATED WITH HORIZONTAL BODY AXES OF HANDBALL AND FOOTBALL PLAYERS
Many research projects that deal with the transformations of morphological characteristics have pointed out their extensive complexity, considering the fact that they are the result of genetic factors (endogenic influence) as well as factors pertaining to the environment (exogenic factors), where it is necessary to point out that the influence of genetic factors is not the same for all of the latent morphological dimensions. Òhe different positions of the biacromial and bicristal range in the latent and taxonomic structure of morphological characteristics that have contributed to the actualization of the problem of the relation between the first and second horizontal axis of the body, as well as their relations to the other components of morphological status. Taking that viewpoint, we defined the aim of this research to identify those morphological characteristics which are to the greatest extent related to the development of the horizontal axes. Using a sample of 130 athletes, handball players (N=70) and soccer players (N=60), aged 16 to 27, all of whom play in national leagues, and using a system of 21 anthropometric variables, we analyzed the relations between the first and second horizontal axis of the body, and their connection to the development of the remaining morphological characteristics. The first horizontal axis was defined as the biacromial range and the other as the bicristal range, while the remaining morphological characteristics were defined as the 19 standard measurements of longitudinal and transversal dimensionality, volume and body mass, and subcutaneous fatty tissue. When calculating the connection between the first and second horizontal axis and the remaining variables of the morphological system, we used the Pearson correlation coefficient. In addition, we calculated the dimorphism index for the biacromial and bicristal range as the point of the biserial correlation between the peripheral types of sport and every horizontal axis. It has been determined that in the case of handball players, it is possible to talk of biacromial and bicristal variants of an ectomesomorphic body type, while in the case of soccer players, of a biacromial variant of an ectomorphic type and a bicristal variant of an endomesomorphic body type. Both in the case of the biacromial and bicristal range, the dimorphism is pronounced among athletes who belong to different populations.

LIFE QUALITY OF CHILDREN HAVING ALLERGIC ASTHMA
The importance of the examination of life quality of children having asthma is more and more emphasized in the world. Asthma is a disease which limits the persons having this disease in physical, social and mental activities. Information about life quality can only be obtained by the patients because only they have direct insight into their feelings and thoughts. Our research included 95 children having allergic asthma and 40 children having nonallergic asthma were examined. Questionnaire on life quality of children having asthma in the case of general activities PAQLQ(S), whose creator is prof. Elizabeth Juniper, was used for the examination of life quality. The results were shown by questionnaire scores (total and individual ones). Determination of the activities representing the biggest restraints in the life of examined patients gives the possibility for adequate carrying out of therapy as well as better education of the patients concerning self-control of disease.

CLINICAL MANIFESTATION OF SUPRATENTORIAL BRANE INFARCT COMPARED TO INFARCT ZONE LOCALIZATION
Epidemiological characteristics of acute stroke certify the great importance of such disease, which takes the measures of a mass incontagious illness, because it represents one of leading causes of death and invalidity in the world. Contemporary knowledge about the complexity of cerebral infarct has been significantly increased thanks to new imaging methods, which allows correction of clinicaly stated diagnose. The aim of our research was to determine clinical manifestation signs of supratentorial infarcts and their presence compared to anatomic localisations of lesions. 60 patients were clinicaly tested, and a computerised tomografy of brain followed, which disclosed anatomic localisation of lesions. Results have shown that the maniestation of supratentorial infarct in the AMC zone has the most neurological signs, from conscious state disorders, graver pyramid deficit, speaking disorder to hemihypesthesia and hemianopsys. Lighter neurological deficit is found in infarcts which affect AAC and APC zones, which brings to a conclusion that knowing the clinical state and without applying neuroradiological methods can imply to localisation of supratentorial infarcts.

CORRELATION BETWEEN DURATION AND DIAMETER OF DIFFERENT HISTOPATHOLOGICAL TYPES OF SKIN CANCER
The two most common types of skin cancer are basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma, well known as nonmelanoma skin cancers. These cancers are the most common malignant tumors in white population and its incidence is increasing
dramatically. Information about the time of occurrence and cancer growth rate is a significant segment in establishing the primary skin cancer diagnosis. The aim of this prospective study is to determine the correlation between the size of basocellular and squamous cell carcinoma, represented through the function of cancer diameter and time period elapsed from their occurrence up to the surgical intervention. Apart from general anamnestic data, it was also insisted on as precise as possible datum referring to the cancer occurrence time. All cancers have been hystopathologically confirmed. Linear regressive analysis was used for establishing the interdependence between the diameters of tumors and their duration. The average growth of basocellular carcinoma in our patients was 4.3 mm on annual basis, i.e. 6.1 mm annually for squamous cell carcinoma. Tumor duration is a significant anamnestic datum for establishing diagnosis which can indicate a biological aggressiveness or skin cancer type.

ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA AND POLYPS
Endometrial hyperplasia appears like a result of continues, not mortified stimulation of endometrial by estrogenically hormones. Endometrial becomes nub which histological mirrors in endometrial gland multiplication, in smaller amount even endometrial strom. Endometrial polyp represents focal overmuch growth of gland stromas endometrial and its considered a focal endometrial hyperplasia. Therefore we will examine them at the same time. Medical faculty of Prishtina - Kosovska Mitrovica did an analysis of biopsy and operational material in pathology institute in the period from 2005 to 2008 out of 3696 histological proved cases, its recorded that 210 cases have endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyp, which is 5,68%. According histological type the most often seen is endometrii hyperplasia simplex who is spotted in 127 cases (60,48% - D= 0,195; p<0,001), endometrii hyperplasia complex in 19 cases (9,09%), cases where endometrial hyper-plasia and endometrial polyps are united are spotted in 14 cases (6,67%), while endometrii polypus in 50 cases (23,81%). By analysis of all types of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyps we came to conclusion that all of these changes are mostly made at the age of 41-50 (60,48%) compared to other ages. (D=0,267; p<0,001). In between all patients the youngest was 22 years old (endometrii hyperplasia simplex) and the oldest 78 years old (endometrii polypus). On the basics of studied values, regression's analysis it's been confirmed that the numbers of cases with endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyps are growing for 8,6 every year, which points at bigger and bigger problem in the whole pathology.

THE PROSPECT OF UTILIZING SPREADSHEET SOFTWARE IN PHARMACOKINETICS
This article aims to promulgate the use of Microsoft Excel, one of the predominant spreadsheet applications, in the calculation of approximate functions by the method of spline polynomial interpolation. Cubic spline functions have demonstrated a remarkable suitability for the analysis of pharmacokinetic data of drugs with non-linear kinetic behavior or an unknown kinetic model, as well as general kinetic analysis, regardless of pharmacokinetic and compartmental models. It should be noted that cubic spline polynomials can be employed in determining a highly significant pharmacokinetic parameter - the area under curve (AUC), especially when the area measurement is not the principal intention, and the data is to be used for further research. Spreadsheet software is exceptionally pertinent to this kind of computation, as it delivers high precision and virtually instantaneous availability of the results. Moreover, this type of software possesses conspicuous flexibility, characterized by a real-time graphical representation and the capability to sustain user-created functions through a macro-language (VBA - Visual Basic for Applications) implemented in the program itself.

PROPHYLACTIC USE OF ANTIBIOTICS IN THE INGUINAL HERNIA SURGERY
Introduction: antibiotic prophylaxis in surgical patients is defined as the use of antibiotics to prevented infection of the operating field. Applies in cases where the infection is not clinically manifested. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the importance of the prophylactic use of antibiotics in the prevention of postoperative infection for patient's inguinal hernia. Materials and methods: The making of the material used Surgical Clinic KBC Pristina in Gracanica, which is part of the "preventive use of antibiotics in surgical patients, through follow-up prospective study of 200 patients. The first group (study group-Group I) consisted of 100 patients with inguinal hernia, in which we apply the prophylactic use of antibiotics. Study group was divided into two subgroups: (Group IA), 50 patients with inguinal hernia in which the solution methods with installation of mesh. (Group IB), 50 patients with inguinal hernia where the tension applied in the treatment methods of treatment. In the second group of patients (control group-Group II) with the same number of patients in the postoperative tre- atment are therapeutic dose used antibiotics. Research results: In our study, the prophylactic purposes, we used compound II generation cephalosporine cefuroxime (Nilacef), which are given in intravenous bolus, the induction of anesthesia, in a dose of 1.5 grams. In 100 patients examined groups, we used prophylactic cefuroxime 100 ampoules (Nilacefa) of 1.5 grams, whi- le the treatment of 100 patients in the control group used for therapeutic purpose 894 ampoules of different antibiotics. Pos- toperative wound infection in patients with prophylactic application of antibiotics are not recorded, while we were in the gro- up where the applied dose of antibiotics therapeutics wound infection noted in two (2%) patients. The average number of days of treatment the study group, the postoperative period was 2.81 days, while patients with a therapeutic dose of antibiotics the average number of days was 5.28. Cost of treatment cefuroksim 50 patients, the prophylactic use amounted to 32,460RSD, while the cost of antibiotics applied in the postoperative treatment of the control group, in which we applied the therapeutic dose antibiotic treatment, was 253,961.52 RSD, which is 7.8 times more expensive. Conclusion: The prophylac- tic application of antibiotics reduced the non-critical use of antibiotics, the incidence of infection of the operating field, mor- bidity and mortality due to postoperative infection, the frequency of resistance to antibiotics, antibiotics to minimize the ef- fect of Bacterian normal flora of the patient, changes in the defense system of the patient, and thus the cost of hospital treat- ment of surgical patients.

EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT MELANOMA
Cutaneus melanoma is the most malignant tumor of the skin. Melanoma arises from the malignant transformation of melanocytes at the dermal-epidermal junction or from the nevomelanocytes of atypical melanocytic nevi, that become invasive and metastasize after various time intervals. Dermoscopy is a noninvasive diagnostic technique in dermato- venereology that includes the inspection of the lesion with a handheld dermoscope. Dermoscopy enables the evaluation of the specific morphological structures of the skin that are not visible to the naked eye.therefore, it links clinical dermatology and dermatopathology. The major goal is to differentiate pigmented lesions into melanocytic and nonmelanocytic lesions, and make further differentiations within each group. Furthermore, it is essential to distinguish melanoma from other me- lanocytic and nonmelanocytic skin lesions, and to diagnose melanoma and amelanotic melanoma in their early stages. Der- moscopic follow up includes long-term and short-term monitoring, and is an essential diagnostic technique in the manage- ment of pigmented skin lesions.

BONE AND JOINT TUBERCULOSIS IN OUR STUDY - EPIDEMIOLOGICAL, DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC SPECIFICS
Bone and joints tuberculosis is a secondary infection of locomotor system, caused by a Mycobacterium Tuberculo- sis. Low incidence of tuberculosis has been maintained for a long period of time due to use of efficient chemotherapy. Howe- ver, in recent years increasing number of newly registered cases is seen, due to wide use of immunosuppressive therapy, spread of HIV, aging population. Those factors influence mycobacterium more likely to become drug resistant. The objecti- ve of the study is to review epidemiological, clinical, radiology and laboratory findings of bone and joints tuberculosis in our patients, and treatment efficiency. In 15 years of prospective study, 107 different ages male and female adult patients, were treated. In most cases spinal tuberculosis was registered (24%), then hip tuberculosis (17%), knee tuberculosis (16%) and tu- berculosis of sacroiliac joint (7%). Non operative treatment with antitubercular drugs was performed in all patients, while in 41% we used operative treatment. Early diagnosis of bone and joints tuberculosis, while treated with non operative (anti tu- berculosis drugs) and operative methods are preconditions to achieve high percentages of long term remission.

OCULAR MANIFESTATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic multisistemic disease of an unknown cause characterised by persistens inflammatory synovitis which results in destruction cartilage and bone erosions. RA is a systemic disease with various out of joint manifestations of different clinical importance, among which rheumatoid knots, rheumatoid vasculitis, pleuropulmonal and ophthalmological manifestations are the most prominent ones. The most frequent changes of the eye in patients with RA are keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS), episcleritis and scleritis and ulcerous keratitis. Out of 70 examined patients, 52 (74.3%) are female, and 18 (25.7%) of male sex (ratio 4:1), average age 56.47. In 18 (25.71%) RA diseased patients eye changes found are as folows: secondary Sjögren syndrom, that is keratoconjunctvitis sicca in 18.57%, only in female patients, episcleritis nodosa and scleritis in 4.29%; 2.86% in male and 1.43% female patients and ulcerous keratitis in 2.86% RA diseased patients.

SINOVITIS IN THE ARTHROSIS
Arthrosis (A) are the degenerative-dystrophic disease of the peripheral ankles. Etiology is unknown. The genetic factor and external factors, mostly of a mechanical nature are the crucial ones, however, in the literature more emphasis is put on the infection factor and participation of immunity in the etiology of the patogenesis A. We have treated 42 patients sicked of the gonarthrosis. A majority of them is not , as expected, is in their old age, but between 40-50 old. Out of total number, 12 % has had symptoms of early sinovitis while 17% has had symptoms of reactive synovitis. Early sinovitis is characterized in lymphocytes and plasmocytes, rare neutrophils with no fibrile layers. Reactive (later) sinovitis is characterized by rare neutrophils, crystals of appatite and abundant detritus. It is most probably that an early synovitis has an immunological and later one reactive character.

CLINICAL USE OF CLOPIDOGREL IN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME
Acute instable atherosclerotic plate in the basis of the pathophysiology of the acute coronary syndrome and it is divided on two big groups: a) acute coronary syndrome without ST elevation (NONSTEMI) and b) myocardial infarction with ST elevation (STEMI). Clopidogrel belongs to the group of antiaggregation drugs which inhibit ADP receptors and on that way prevent platelets aggregation. The clinical confirmation of the clopidogrel efficiency is confirmed trough 4 big clinical studies: CAPRIE, CURE, COMMIT/CCS 2 and CLARITY-TIMI 28 studies. In CAPRIE study, clopidogrel showed moderate but significant advantage comparing to aspirin in prevention of the secondary ischemic cerebrovascular stroke and myocardial infarction. The results of CURE study showed that doubled combined therapy with clopidogrel and aspirin brought the reduction of the relative risk of cardiovacular events with patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST elevation. The results of this study showed that the group of patients which received clopidogrel beside aspirin and thrombolytic therapy it came to the reduction of the occluded arteries. In COMMIT were also involved the patients with the acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation. Total number of lethal cases of the repeated myocardial infarctions or acute brain stroke was smaller in a group which was receiving clopidogrel beside thrombolytic therapy and aspirine in comparison with the placebo group. The results of CLARITY and COMMIT studies gave us recommendation that patients with acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation which have thrombolytic therapy or percutaneous coronary intervention should receive clopidogrel as well.

THE ALERGIC INFLAMMATION OF RESPIRATORY TRACT (INFLAMMATION IN CONTINUITY)
Allergic disease are actual pathologic condition in medicine. From this diseases can get ill people of any age, both sex, and the number of patients with allergic diseases rapidly increase in countries of progressive world. This disease are wide - spread, with tendency of increase, and they can have fatal result in extreme cases. Because of high prevalence of morbidity and complications they have, allergic diseases are health problem. According to World allergic organization, more than 40 % of population in world will be atopic. In our environment this diseases are increasing, because of bad ecological condition from one side, and from the other side of genetic influence, and on the top of ladder are allergic diseases of respiratory system. The mayor key process in atopia is continuous and plentiful production of IgE antibody.

GOITERS NODES THYROID GLAND AS A RESULT OF MODIFIED APOPTOSIS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING
Hyperplasia in goiter may be associated with altered apoptosis thyrocytes. There are numerous techniques for the detection and quantification of apoptosis. Some of them were light microscopy, electron microscopy, flow cytometry, studying the activities of caspase, DNA fragmentation and so on. In patients with multinodular endemic goiter after six months of iodine load, number of apoptotic thyrocytes increased by ten times, Bcl-2 is missing and Bax appeared in thyrocytes. Excess iodine in molecular form causes apoptosis in thyrocytes creating free radicals, mitochondrial damage and release of cytochrome c. Research shows that the level of sFas in the serum of patients with multinodular goiter increased compared to normal controls, it can still point to the reduced expression of Fas protein on the surface of cells that then leads to increased thyroid cell proliferation. Further study of apoptosis in goiter combined morphological and biochemical methods are important for better diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

HYPERKALEMIA - A CASE REPORT
In clinical hyperkalemia, correlation between plasma K and the ECG is less reliable. A tall, peaked, symmetrical T wave with a narrow base, the so-called "tented" T wave is the earlinest ECG abnormality, usually best seen in leads II, III, V2, V3, and V4. The tented appearance and the narrow base are probably more characteristic of hyperkalemia than is the amplitude of the T wave. A decrease in amplitude of the R wave, appearance of a prominent S wave, widening of the QRS complex, depression of the ST segment evolve as plasma K approaches 8-9m Eq/liter. With hyperkaliemia, depression of intraventricular conduction is characteristically diffuse and results in prolongation of both the initial and terminal parts of the QRS complex. The resulting pattern may resemble RBBB, LBBB, left anterior or posterior divisional block, or a combination of the four.

CONSERVATIVE CARE OF ENDODONTIC TREATED TEETH WITH GREAT DAMAGE OF CROWN- REVIEW OF FOUR PRACTIC CASE
There are different stick types and shapes, different root canal preparation techniques, as well as different materials for stick cementing and making annexes around posts. The use of fiber-reinforced resin posts to restore endodontically treated teeth has gained popularity due to its mechanical and esthetic characteristics as well as properties of modern adhesive systems. The aim of this article was to show a clinical technique to reconstruct endodontically treated teeth with great loss of tooth structure using direct fiber-reinforced post systems and direct composite restorations. After the preparation of the root canal and cementation of a FRR post, particular attention was paid to the incremental and curing techniques adopted to reconstruct coronal part of the tooth. It is possible to place of fiber-reinforced resin posts.
