ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Aim and scope. The Praxis Medica is multidisciplinary journal that publishes articles of high standard on the relationship between exercise and the quality of life. The Journal aims to promote and enhance communication across sub-disciplines of the sport sciences, which contribute to understanding of the impact of physical activity on quality of life. Manuscripts concerning current issues in the field such as physical education, recreation, sport, health, sport psychology, pedagogy and sociology are within the scope of the Journal. In addition to original research articles, review articles, short communications, case studies and book reviews are published.

Peer Review Policy. All research and review articles undergo initial assessment by editor/editorial board. If accepted, they are sent to two experts for an anonymous (double-blind) review process. In the case of conflicting reviews the editor will look for an independent opinion. Editor makes final decision based on reviewers’ comments. Review process is expected to take up to 4 weeks from submission.
