Abstract

Zadnja intravaginalna sling procedura (The posterior intravaginal sling procedure, PIVS) predstavlja jednu od savremenih hirurških operativnih procedura za tretman prolapsa zadnjeg zida vagine ili descenzusa materice. PIVS se obično kombinuje sa sling procedurama podizanja mokraćne bešike i uretre , ili, kao što je u našem slučaju pokazano, sa operacijom vaginalne Histerektomije i TOT slinga. Prikazujemo slučaj 64. godišnje pacijentkinje, kod koje smo, nakon sprovedene vaginalne histerektomije i plasiranja transopturatornog slinga u cilju korekcije Cistocele i Stres inkontinencije, pristupili rješavanju poremećaja zadnjeg dijela karličnog dna savremenom metodom PIVS. Navedenom operativnom tehnikom, transvaginalnim pristupom, plasirali smo monofilamentu traku širine oko 1 cm, kroz sakrospinalne ligamente obostrano i na taj smo način postigli dobar rezultat u rješavanju problema. Uvođenje novih operativnih procedura predstavlja imperativ, u smislu lakšeg i bržeg izvođenja operacija, uštede šavnog materijala i bržeg postoperativnog oporavka pacijenata.
