Abstract

Fertilitet je zajedničko interesovanje i ginekologa i urologa. Kriptorhizam je patološko stanje definisano kao poremećaj spuštanja testisa u skrotum. Cilj naše studije je analiza kvaliteta sperme i fertilne sposobnosti ljudi koji su u detinjstvu bili podvrgnuti operaciji na nespuštenom testisu. Klinički materijal čine pacijenti koji su u svojoj mladosti bili podvrgnuti operaciji jednostranog ili obostranog nespuštenog testisa. Prema starosnom dobu u kojem su operisani, pacijenti su razvrstani u različite vremenske grupe, podvrgnuti kliničkom ispitivanju i analizi spermograma. Normalan nalaz spermograma nađen je kod 36,9% od ukupnog broja pacijenata operisanih od jednostranog ili obostranog kriptorhizma. Najveći procenat noramalnog nalaza spermograma od 73.9% bio je u grupi pacijenta koji su operisani od jednostranog kriptorhizma do kraja navršene druge godine života. Uprkos vremenu kada je urađena operacija kriptorhizma, mogući poremećaji spermatogeneze su očekivani.
