Alergija na proteine kravljeg mleka kod odojčadi

Abstract

Poremećaj podnošenja proteina kravljeg mleka se javlja kod 2-6% dece, uglavnom u dojenačkoj dobi. Cilj rada je bio da se prikažu iskustva i zapažanja u vezi sa kliničkim simptomima i znacima nepodnošenja proteina kravljeg mleka kod odojčadi. U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 121 odojče kod kojih je nepodnošenje proteina kravljeg mleka dijagnostikovano u uzrastu od petnaest dana do devet meseci. U kliničkoj prezentaciji nepodnošenja proteina kravljeg mleka dominirale su kutane smetnje, koje su utvrđene kod 88 bolesnika (72,72%), potom digestivne smetnje, zabeležene kod 68 odojčeta (56,20%), dok su respiracione tegobe bile najređe (14,87%). Ni kod jednog ispitanika nije zabeležen anafilaktički šok. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da u poremećaju podnošenja proteina kravljeg mleka kod odojčadi preovlađuju kutane i kutano-digestivne smetnje, dok su respiracione tegobe relativno retke.
