EFEKAT PELOIDA IZ IGALA (CRNA GORA) NA BIOMARKERE INFLAMACIJE KOD PACIJENATA OBOLJELIH OD REUMATOIDNIM ARTRITISA I PACIJENATA SA PRELEŽANIM AKUTNIM INFARKTOM MIOKARDA

Abstract

Pozadina: Hronična inflamacija predstavlja centralni patofiziološki mehanizam kako u reumatoidnom artritisu (RA), tako i u postakutnom oporavku
 nakon infarkta miokarda (AIM). Uprkos napretku u farmakoterapiji, raste interesovanje za nefarmakološke intervencije koje mogu modulirati imuni i
 neuroendokrini odgovor. Peloidoterapija, posebno u kombinaciji sa aromaterapijom, može predstavljati bezbjednu i biološki aktivnu opciju sa
 sistemskim efektima.
 Cilj: Procijeniti uticaj 28-dnevnog protokola peloidne terapije i aromaterapije na upalne biomarkere (IL-6, NO, CRP, fibrinogen) i stres-markere
 (kortizol) kod pacijenata sa RA i onih u postakutnoj fazi AIM.
 Metode: Četrdeset i dva pacijenta (20 sa RA, 22 nakon AIM) prošli su dnevni režim peloidne aplikacije i aromaterapije u Institutu „Dr Simo Milošević“
 u Igalu. Biomarkeri su mjereni prije i nakon terapije. Statistička analiza je rađena t-testom za zavisne uzorke (p<0,05).
 Rezultati: Značajno smanjenje IL-6 (RA: −25%, AIM: −14,3%) i NO (RA: −22,6%, AIM: −20%) ukazuje na supresiju inflamatornih i oksidativnih puteva.
 Kod AIM pacijenata uočen je pad kortizola (−10,1%) i porast fibrinogena (+12,7%), što može odražavati reparaciju vaskularnog tkiva. Promjene CRP-a
 nisu bile značajne. RA pacijenti pokazali su izraženu citokinsku supresiju uz stabilne vrijednosti CRP-a i fibrinogena.
 Zaključak: Rezultati ukazuju na biološku efikasnost kombinovane peloidno-aromaterapijske intervencije u redukciji inflamacije i stresa kod dvije
 različite, ali povezanjem mehanizama slične bolesti. Nalazi opravdavaju dalje, kontrolisane studije i integraciju ove terapije u rehabilitacione
 protokole.
