THE ROLE OF STUFF IN TRANSPORT OF CRITICALY ILL OR INJURED PATIENTS IN OUR CONDITIONS
Quick, proper and efficient transport is an integral part of all measures taken in treatment and effective care of polytraumatized patients. Before or during the transport, without regard to the transportation means, such patients often need their airways to be protected, connection to mechanical ventilation, applying of oxygen, infusion solution, painkillers or some other drugs. Continual monitoring of vital functions is required part of treatment during transport of critically ill or injured patients. Their transport, beside adequate equipment, demands theoretically and practically well trained stuff. In most European countries anesthesiologists have primary role especially in interhospital transport (for example in transport of neurosurgical patient from local to university hospital). Unfotunatelly, in our conditions transport is often carried out by unsufficiently skilled medical stuff without adequate equipment and experience what may have an effect on treatment success and surviva.

ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC AND HEMODYNAMIC CHANGES IN ANESTHETIZED DOGS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF GLUCAGON
Scientific researches considering the effects of glucagon on cardiovascular system show that glucagon has a certain cardiostimulative potential. The fact that glucagon accomplishes its cardiostimulative effects by activating its own, highly specific glucagonic receptors is of most importance. That's the reason why we've wanted to give more details about the effects that glucagon has on cardiovascular system in terms of having more precise image of its effects on hemodynamics and changes which can be seen on electrocardiogram. The experiment included six dogs treated with intravenous glucagon injection. Electrocardiograph and hemodynamic parameters (middle arterial pressure, central venous pressure and heart st nd rd th th th th th frequency) have been recorded in 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 10 , 20 , 30 and 40 minute. Electrocardiograph and heart frequency have been recorded by continuous monitoring. Middle arterial pressure has been recorded through catheter placed into a. femoralis while central venous pressure has been recorded through central venous catheter placed into v. femoralis. Having received the intravenous injection, glucagon shows extremely positive chronotropic effect, followed by ephemeral increase of middle arterial pressure, while central venous pressure has a significant decrease. Having received intravenous injection, P-R, Q-Tand T-Pinterval have been significantly shorten.

CONGNITIVE AND MOTORICAL COMPONENT OF FEAR IN ADOLESCENTS FROM STOMATOLOGICAL TREATMENT
By the investigation it was attempted to explain the fear in adolescents from stomatological treatment, by appraisement of fear through its two components (congnitive and motorical). Congnitive component was followed by means of question mark before first stomatologican intervention (by the standard scale of general anxiety). In the research participated 100 adolescents. On the basis of analysis of question-marks, examinees were distributed into three groups: normal, pathological and increasingly anxious. On the occasion of third stomatological intervention, the patients obtained placebo (vitamine C, half tablet, orally, 30 minutes before the initiation of stomatological interventions which were identical, i.e. the sanation of deep caries has been carried out). The motorical component (entering the dentist's office, sitting down in a dentis chair and tonning of muscles) were appraised by the method of clinical observations. All parameters were measured before all three stomatological interventions. In this study, in parameters measured by clinical observation the number of questioned people who enter and sit down voluntarily, has increased and the number of people who are showing the signs of tension and who shiver has decreased, at using of placebo therapy.

FREQUENCY OF CAESAREAN SECTION ON THE MATERIALAT KOSOVSKA MITROVICA HEALTH CENTER DEPARTMENT OF OBSTETRICS IN THE PERIOD OF 1992-2001
20.161 women were delivered at Kosovska Mitrovica maternity ward in the period of 1992-2001. Out of this, in 1.648 cases Caesarean section had been performed, which means that the frequency of this surgical process was 8.17%. The percent of the Caesarean section is in growth every year starting from 1997, but it has reached its maximum of 20 % in this year. In the year of 2000, 44.90% of pregnant women who had Caesarean section done were from serbian enclaves. In the year of 2001 that percent is even bigger and it reaches 58%. Every second pregnant woman who had surgical operation was from serbian enclaves in the last two years. It can be pointed out that more than a half of pregnant women who had surgical operation were in the age of 19-25. As a conclusion, we can say that 8.17% of Caesarean section is absolutely well in the period of ten years, but we were not satisfied with the great number of Caesarean section in the last two years.

ALPHA LIPOIC LIPOIC ACID IN CLINICAL ACID IN CLINICAL APPLICA APPLICATION
Alpha lipoic acid is the most efficient of all known antioxidants for its lipo and hydrosolubility which enable easy penetrability in cytoplasm making its protection of free reactive radicals, energetic metabolism, regulation of genetic expresion etc. It has wide application in prevention and in therapy of diabetic angiopathy, neuropathy, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurodegenerative disease, lesion, (insufficiency) of liver, HIV, intoxication with hard metals, mycotoxins etc. An important proprety of lipoic acid is its possibility to prevent or remove lesions which are caused by application aminogycosides and haloperidol (ototoxicity, nephrotoxicity) according to its wide application. R isomer of lipoic acid is physiological substance presented in organism which synthesize in in liver enabling its its application in relatively high dose for a longer period of time.

NEUROPHYSIOLOGIC CORRELATES OF EPILEPSY IN COMPLEX FEBRILE SEIZURES
Febrile seizures are the most common neurological disorder of early childhood. By expressing the characteristics febrile seizures are divided into simple and complex. Our aim was to determine the elektroencephalography characteristics in children who had febrile seizures, and determine the relation between types of febrile seizures correlates with the appearance of epilepsy in children aged 9-11 years. In the group of children studied, 50% had a complex febrile seizures, 42.2% had simple febrile seizures, and 7.8% children had febrile epileptic status. The analysis of EEG findings observed were statistically significant differences in specific changes in the EEG depending on the type of febrile attack that the child would have. In the group of children with simple febrile attacks 92.1% has a normal EEG, 2.6% had a specific, a 5.3% nonspecific finding. For children with complex febrile attack, 44.4% have a specific, and 13.3% of non-specific changes in EEG. Specific changes in the EEG has 28.6% of children who had febrile epileptic status.

THE EVALUATION OF FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF PATIENTS SICK OF COXARTHROSIS
Artrosis as degenerative rheumatic discase of joints, which is the most often with older people, and if it is not cured adequotety it brings to the serious defects. The air of warr is to evaluate functional condition of people sick of hip osteoarthrosis by using two standardised questionnaires for the hip osteoarthrosis. Material and methods: The examination included 100 patients with hip osteoarthrosis (73 women and 23 men) whase diagnosis was set on the basis of ACR criteria. The result : In the group of 100 patients (73 women and 27 men) with average old of 58,87 years and average lasting of sickness 8,28 years from which 77 had bilateral representation of hip osteoarthrosis and 23 unilateral representation of hip osteoarthrosis showed these results of funcional tests: a) averagevalne of Womac score is 50,18 (min 13,00 max 77,00) that is in the medium category of funcional disableness, b) average volne of Lequesne score is 14,12 (min 4,00 max 23,40) that shows high degrece of functional of functional disableness. Both questionnaires are mutvally correlated with a higs degree of statistic importance in the whale score (r= 0,454; p< 0,0001) and so in the subsections: pain (r= 0,540; p<0,0001) and physical functional scale r= 0,728; p< 0,0001). The intensity of pain also correlated with time of step and Womac score (r= 0,454; p< 0,0001), and with the lasting of sickness, female sex, and there wasnt statisticaly important coreelation with Lequesne score (r= 0,215; p= 0,08). Radiologic findig correlated with reduction of the moveness amplitudes, the time of step, the lasting of sickness, the of the patient, Womac score (p< 0,05), and it isnt correlated with Lequesne score. The reduction of the moveness of amplitudes is the hips correlated with radiographic presentation, the time of step, Womac and Lequesne score, localization, the age of patients and using of help materials. Conculsion: The valne of both indexes correlate with the usual clinical indications of coxarthrosis progression, and Womac index shows better correlation with radiologic progression of sickness than with Lequesne index.

INFLUENCE OF ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULAE FOR HAEMODIALYSIS ON THE OCCURRENCE HEART FAILURE - CASE REPORT
It is known that arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis has an unfavorable impact of dialysis patients but their exact role in the development of heart failure was not clear enough. The paper presents a patient who is on chronic hemodialysis program is nine years, in which there was a clear clinical symptoms and signs of heart weakness, probably aided by a pronounced flow through arteriovenous fistula. Left ventricular hypertrophy due to volume of arteriovenous fistula, is not the only reason for the emergence of global heart failure.
