PERIODONTAL CONDITION IN PATIENTS WITH RED BLOOD CELLS DISEASE
Health of soft oral tissue and periodontium in biggest measure depends as well of oral hygiene. It exists the positive correlation between oral hygiena and periodontal condition. Many systemic disease, as blood disease, change reactivity of organism and also peridontium, and directly take influence at course and difficulty of periodontitis.

DOES DOXORUBICIN CONTAINING CHEMOTHERAPY CHANGE METABOLIC LIVER FUNCTION DURING TREATMENT OF CHILDHOOD ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA?
Doxorubicin is antitumor antibiotic extensively metabolized in the liver, and liver antioxidant capacity, including that provided by glutathione production. The aim of this study was to investigate whether doxorubicin containing chemotherapy changes metabolic liver function during treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Total protein concentration in serum, concentration of total, conjugated and non conjugated bilirubin, activity of aspartat aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma glutamyl transferase (ãGT), lactate dehydrogenase and creatin kinase activity were measured before and after treatment with doxorubicin containing chemotherapy and in the control group. Caffeine was applied as metabolic marker via controlled consummation of Coca-Cola and 8-hour urine was collected immediately afterwards. In the collected samples, urinary thioethers and caffeine metabolites concentrations were measured. Chemotherapeutic regiment established for initial treatment of childhood ALL containing prednisone, vincristine, doxorubicin and L-asparaginase did not alter metabolic liver function. This regiment did not change liver enzyme activity. Applied chemotherapy also did not alter caffeine biotransformation, but it did increase urinary thioethers excretion.

MUTUAL RELATION CHRONICAL COMPLICATION OF DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2 IN THE SCOPE OF TESTED GROUP
Diabetes mellitus with its own chronical complication is the cause of the large procent morbidity and mortality between population. World Health Organisation (WHO) has announced that so far involved 150 millions peoples, so the prevention chronical complication this illnesses priority. By this work, I want to rescript signification connection microangiopathy chronical complication with macroangiopathy chronical complication of diabetes mellitus. Handled 60 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Patients divide in IV groups forms on concentration HbA1c. Retinopathy most often microangiopathy chronical complication of diabetes, in the meaning of being united with other complication, most expressed are the connection some with microangiopathy complication: angiopathy (R=0.71; p<0.001), then nephropathy (R=0.60; p<0.001) and the end neuropathy (R=0.44; p<0.001).

SINOVITIS IN THE ARTHROSIS
Arthrosis (A) are the degenerative-dystrophic disease of the peripheral ankles. Etiology is unknown. The genetic factor and external factors, mostly of a mechanical nature are the crucial ones, however, in the literature more emphasis is put on the infection factor and participation of immunity in the etiology of the patogenesis A. We have treated 42 patients sicked of the gonarthrosis. A majority of them is not , as expected, is in their old age, but between 40-50 old. Out of total number, 12 % has had symptoms of early sinovitis while 17% has had symptoms of reactive synovitis. Early sinovitis is characterized in lymphocytes and plasmocytes, rare neutrophils with no fibrile layers. Reactive (later) sinovitis is characterized by rare neutrophils, crystals of appatite and abundant detritus. It is most probably that an early synovitis has an immunological and later one reactive character.

CLINICAL USE OF CLOPIDOGREL IN ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME
Acute instable atherosclerotic plate in the basis of the pathophysiology of the acute coronary syndrome and it is divided on two big groups: a) acute coronary syndrome without ST elevation (NONSTEMI) and b) myocardial infarction with ST elevation (STEMI). Clopidogrel belongs to the group of antiaggregation drugs which inhibit ADP receptors and on that way prevent platelets aggregation. The clinical confirmation of the clopidogrel efficiency is confirmed trough 4 big clinical studies: CAPRIE, CURE, COMMIT/CCS 2 and CLARITY-TIMI 28 studies. In CAPRIE study, clopidogrel showed moderate but significant advantage comparing to aspirin in prevention of the secondary ischemic cerebrovascular stroke and myocardial infarction. The results of CURE study showed that doubled combined therapy with clopidogrel and aspirin brought the reduction of the relative risk of cardiovacular events with patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST elevation. The results of this study showed that the group of patients which received clopidogrel beside aspirin and thrombolytic therapy it came to the reduction of the occluded arteries. In COMMIT were also involved the patients with the acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation. Total number of lethal cases of the repeated myocardial infarctions or acute brain stroke was smaller in a group which was receiving clopidogrel beside thrombolytic therapy and aspirine in comparison with the placebo group. The results of CLARITY and COMMIT studies gave us recommendation that patients with acute myocardial infarction with ST elevation which have thrombolytic therapy or percutaneous coronary intervention should receive clopidogrel as well.

IMPORTANCE AND RESULTS OF TYMPANOMETRIC EXAMINATION IN THE DETECTION OF MIDDLE EAR DISEASES BY CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS
The authors analysed the importance and results of tympanometric examination by children in preschool institutions of Kosovska Mitrovica, Zvecan, Zerovnica, Socanica, Leposavic, Lesak and Zubin Potok. Children underwent ENT examination, which included clinical ENT examination and accessory diagnostics methods: tympanometric exami-nation and bacteriological analyses of the nose and throat secret. Totally, it have examined 870 children. The most frequent cause of the middle ear impairment was Eustachian tube dysfunction or "willingness of the middle ear for disease" (50,5% cases). Rarely, it was transient effusion in the middle ear and serous otitis media (19,02%). The authors underline a great importance of tympanometric examination by preschool children in detection of middle ear diseases.

CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF TREATING COMBUSTION USING AQUACEL AG GAUZE - CASE RAPPORT
Combustion are hypothermic injuries that can occur due to the contact with electricity, chemicals, dry heat, hot liquid and gas, and radiation. In this work there is a 52 year old patient that was treated from combustion on her both feet and her lower legs. Previously, she was treated as an outpatient in a period of 30 days. For the first time in our department we used hydrofiber bandage with Aquacel Ag silver in treating combustion on patient's diabetic foot. These bandages are impregnated with silver that has antimicrobial effect on a huge variety of bacteria. It soaks in a big amount of liquid and bacteria and it helps in removing necrotic tissue from the wound making autolysis debridement. The patient was treated for 35 days on general surgery department. She was released from the hospital in good general condition and with neat local finding.

PREVALENCE AND CLINICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF UVEITIS IN PATIENTS WITH ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS
Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic rheumatoid inflammation with characteristic synovitis of sacroiliac joints and vertebrae of spinal column and fewer coxofemoral and glenohumeral and periferal joints. The disease is of an unknown etiology and shows strong correlation with histocompatibile antigene HLA-B27 wich is found in 90% AS diseased patients. Acute anterior uveitis is the most frequent extra-articular manifestation, it can precede spondylitis and is found in at least 20% AS diseased patients. Acute anterior uveitis is mostly bilateral, with recidives and in inadequate treatments results in complicate cataract and secondary glaucoma. Out of 41 patients with ankylosing spondylitis 36 (87.8%) is of male , and 5 (12.1%) female sex (ratio 9:1). The youngest patient was 25 and the oldest 69 years of age, average age of the diseased was 38.45. Acute anterior uvetis is found in 11, that is 26.8% diseased patients. The length of uveitis is approximately 28+/- 10 days. In 7 patients (63.64%) AAU is found in both eyes. Out of 11 patients with with AAU, 3 patients (27.27%) had more than first attack,7 (63.64%) had 1-5 recidives, and only 1 patient had more than 5 recidives. The most frequent type of exudation is serofibrose (77.78%), then follows fibropurulent-hypopyon (16.67%) and serose (5.55%). Out of 18 eyes, in 14 (77.78%) back synechies were formed. However, these synechies are in most cases broken by the use adequate therapy.

PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION MALOCCLUSION CLASS III- CASE REPORT
Treatment, rehabilitation and aesthetics should be the main tasks of modern dentistry. Adequate prosthetic therapy and rehabilitation may be conditioned by different factors. The paper describes prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient, 55 years old woman, with abnormalities in the vertical dimension of occlusion and malocclusion of the third class, and all in order to return of aesthetics and the function of stomatognathic system. The patient came to the clinic due to disturbed aesthetics and function, where was achieved the appropriate amount of bite along with satisfactory aesthetics and functional results due to a combination of fixed and partial dentures. Two metal-ceramic bridges consisted of 13 pieces were built in the upper jaw, and 8 teeth mobile partial denture in lower jaw, thus resulting in satisfactory requirements set to re-establish aesthetics and function of stomatognathic system.
